Mr. Gelb specializes in the field of labor and complex litigation of commercial matters. He has practiced before the State and Federal Courts and administrative agencies, including matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the National Labor Relations Board. Mr. Gelb is experienced in union affairs (including contract negotiations), employment-at-will, arbitrations, strike injunctions and employee benefit funds, complex financial transactions, drafting of litigation documents and pleadings, commercial agreements, trusts, and other documents.
